Offering clothing alterations service, a fast and high quality clothing alterations for both women and men. From quick hems shortened through to tailoring and also Wedding Gown Alterations.
Hems and small alterations are normally done within 3-4 working days but please check with Kate on her work load.
Special Gowns alterations may take 4 weeks depending on the time taken and my workload. Good things take time. I also may need 1 or 2 fittings depending on what needs altering. Timed @ $85 per hour.
Please note this is just a pricing guide. I can only estimate price, Kate Henry Designs times and prices per hour bigger and more difficult alterations.
* Clothing alteration such as hems and zips. Please note more difficult clothing alterations may take longer depending on work load and urgency.
*Minimum charge $35.00
*Shorten Jeans hems normal hem From $35.00 – $50.00 depending on stitching finishing and width hem. All jeans hems threads are matched to the original.
*Taking in jeans from $55.00 timed at $85.00 per hour
*Tailored trousers hems plain blind hem from all hand finishing $45.00 cuffed from $55.00
*Relining jackets/coats POA will be timed from $85.00 per hour average time 3 – 4 hours + Fabric
For all other clothing, alteration and repairs will be timed from $85.00 per hour
*Wedding Gown Alterations POA will be timed from $85.00 per hour
*Ball Gown and Evening wear Alterations timed @ $85.00 per hour
*Fancy hems/alterations such as silk, sequins. Layers, asymmetrical, side splits detailing, and difficult fabrics will all be timed @ $85.00
*Card Payment Service Available
*Please Note Super Urgent Alterations same day or within 24 hours will be charged at double time per hour.
